Traditionally specialised in the production of gelatine
from bovine skins, sector in which it covers approx.
20% of the European market, Lapi Gelatine uses other
raw materials such as fish and pig skin for the production
of gelatines for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
All the products of Lapi Gelatine are produced according
to the present EC rules and G.M.E. parameters.
The rigorous HACCP control programme and the ISO 9001:2000
certification guarantee that the product quality and
the standard services which are provided maintain always
a high level and are constantly improved. The company
also disposes of a powerful plant for the purification
of waste waters, a system which ensures the respect
of the environment.
